Guest Screening
To rent out your vacation home, you need to trust your guests. Our skilled reservation team makes sure that all guests meet our standards:
- Colonial collects full payment prior to the guests’ arrival.
- To book with us, guests must provide a valid ID and pass our screening process that includes facial recognition, fake ID check, age minimum check and cannot pay with cash or a fraudulent credit card.
- He or she must be able to provide information about the trip in appropriate detail, and the number of guests must always be within the capacity of the home.
In case anything does go wrong, you will be insured for accidental damages up to $1,500.
